We recommend that all students combine classes from our different Studios to get maximum benefits and value from their time at The Independent Theatre Workshop.
Our NEW Senior Acting classes can be taken individually or along with Play Production, Speech & Drama, Creative Drama and now Youth Theatre is open to 3rd years too!
To get the most out of ITW we recommend that all our students take Creative Drama with ITW Dance as a basic membership package, in classes divided according to their school year.
ITW Members can add additional classes and avail of generous members-only discounts for classes that include Speech & Drama, Musical Theatre, Jazz Dance, Singing, Lyrical/Contemporary, Ballet and Hip Hop
Weekday and Sunday classes are available individually or as part of a bundle. Two or more weekly classes at the non-member rate equals ITW Membership and allows further classes to be taken at the discounted members rate.
On Saturdays students in Clonskeagh must take a combination of Creative Drama and ITW Dance (membership) and are welcome to add further classes at a discounted price.

Senior pRICES:
SENIOR Dance and Creative Drama : €25 per week (Membership)
All fees are paid in 10 week Instalments three times per year in September, November, and February. Enrolment is for the full academic year.
Adding Singing or Speech & Drama to membership: Additional €19 per week
Singing or Speech & Drama Only: €24 per week
Dance Only (60 min classes): €14 per week
Dance Only (90 min classes): €18 per week
Drama Only: €14 per week
YDA Youth Theatre Company: €16 per week
ITW Dance Company/Elite Team: €15/€25 per week
Shakespeare Company: €195 participation fee
Musical Theatre: €200 per term (Members only)
Private Lessons (Members): €27 per week
Private Lessons (non Members): €37 per week

Perform with ITW
Our performing companies– ITW Junior Shakespeare Company, ITW Senior Musical Theatre Company, ITW Junior Musical Theatre Company, ITW Inter Dance Company and ITW Senior Dance Company are open only to ITW Members who take 2 or more classes a week at ITW.

Also ensure your CV and Photo on your ITW Profile are kept up to date for representation by our ITWManagement Team and you could get to appear on Stage, Television or Film!
school Terms and dates
Our classes run Sept to May in line with the Primary School Schedule with fees payable in 3 instalments (September, November, and February.) 30 weeks in total. Enrolment is for the full academic year.
Our term dates can be found on our website calendar page.
We close for bank holiday weekends and school holidays. Holiday courses are often available during these times.
What to wear
Seniors don't have a set uniform for drama but are expected to dress appropriately for class. A range of ITW T-Shirts and Hoodies are available via our on-line shop. Dance wear and dance shoes must be worn for all ITW Dance classes.
The ITW Sweatshirt and T-Shirt can be purchased at ITW for €40 at the beginning of term.
Dancewear is available at Dance World, Ranelagh , Parnell Street and online from Dance World and the ITW Shop
